Rosewood / Northlight Open-House (5/10), Water Conservation & Restrictions
Rosewood / Northlight Open-House
Northlight, the owners of Lots 126R and 152R (historically referred to as “Rosewood”) will be holding an open-house meeting this Thursday (5/10) at 1 PM at Town Hall to obtain community feedback. These two lots are located on Country Club Drive, near the trail-heads for Boomerang and Jurassic.
Prior to submitting a new planned unit development (PUD) application, Northlight is required to hold two public open house and discussion forums to gather community feedback. The first public open-house was held on March 28, with this Thursday being the second meeting. Northlight will also be holding a third public meeting this summer, date yet to be announced.
For those unable to attend Thursday’s meeting in-person, the meeting will be live-streamed, as well as available for viewing afterward. For additional information on the Northlight properties, including proposed plan sets, presentations, and tentative timelines of future meetings, see links to MV Town communications.

Water Restrictions in Effect
This month, both the Towns of Telluride and Mountain Village initiated water restrictions in an effort to conserve water rather than waiting until June when the area could be potentially in a more sensitive drought situation.
Properties north of Mountain Village Blvd (MVB) and Elk Run are allowed to water their landscaping on Mon, Wed, and Fri. Properties south of MVB, plus the Ski Ranches and Skyfield may water on Tues, Thurs, and Sat. Irrigation hours will be either before 10 AM or after 5 PM.
