Northlight Update
As previously communicated, the Town and Northlight, the owners of Lots 126R and 152R (historically referred to as “Rosewood”), entered into a standstill agreement with one of the requirements being that the landowner was to submit an alternative development plan application by June 15, 2018.
According to a Town meeting packet (5/31/18), due to extensive public comment and other factors, the landowner desires to have the application deadline extended by approximately 90 days in order to consider the public comments and further evaluate their alternative development plan.
In a special Town Council Meeting tomorrow (5/31) at 8:30 a.m., Council will consider an extension of the application deadline from June 15, 2018 to Sept 14, 2018.

Dial-a-Ride | TMVOA Member Benefit
Why drive in Mountain Village if you don’t have to? With the opening of the gondola last week, TMVOA’s funded ground transportation for its members and guests is also up and running. This TMVOA member benefit allows residential property owners convenient point-to-point transportation in Mountain Village.
The service is free for up to 200 rides per season, per valid address. After the 200th ride, there is a nominal charge of $8.00 per ride. Members can easily track their usage by accessing the Ridership Report on our Website (tmvoa.org), under Member Resources, Dial-a-Ride. The report is organized by street, in alphabetical order, and then address number for quick and easy search.

Updated Website
At TMVOA, one of our missions is to “promote member communications and education”, with special attention to keeping our members updated on important items facing our community. As part of this commitment, we’ve expanded our communications (like these brief email updates) and are continually evaluating ways to increase interaction with our members.
We’ve recently updated our website, allowing our staff more flexibility and control to update content and provide our members with the concise and straightforward information they desire. While we invite you to take a look at our new and simplified website, over the next few months we will be sending you links to new information and features. For today, here are two links to check out:
Blog – Contains “quick-view” of all communications…. Useful if you missed one or searching for a specific topic
MV Economic Snapshot… Contains a quick look at our local economy (RETA/real estate transfer assessments, lodging, retail, restaurant)
